I have experience with classroom Instruction for SAT included reviewing basic skills and test taking strategies while disciplining students into a prep curriculum. I also performed personalized diagnostic analysis and helped place students into classes. I also counselled high school students in small groups. I also conducted intensive SAT workshops for Writing and Critical Reading strategies. For some students that prefered individual attention, I tailored tutorial sessions for private in-home instruction to meet their needs and schedules. I prepared and planned my tutoring sessions in cordance with the lectures of the professor's curriculum. My biggest challenge was designing a lesson plan for all students alike, developing a strategy to help them master all the skills they need. I assigned practice problems and homework assignments relevant to the subject matter and followed up by reviewing the strategies used to guide the student through exercises exclusive to the entrance test they are prepping for.

My strength lies in elaborating complicated theories with analogies drawn from everyday life. Since my background is rooted in very many linked subjects, I can relate the commonalities in many fields and thus can provide an integrated and composite view of any subject I am teaching. I love humour and I pefer jovial style of teaching without compromising with depth of the subject concerned.

Before going to graduate school, I tutored undergraduate algebra courses. As part of my graduate school experience, I taught several molecular biology courses to undergraduates.
